Shipping policy

Every order placed with Sunvory is packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partners with tracking included. This page explains how long that takes and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, tracked delivery typically takes a further 5–9 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually 6–11 business days. Estimates are not guarantees: carrier backlogs, customs checks and severe weather can add time beyond our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your cart. The exact amount is always shown before you pay — you will never be charged a shipping fee you have not seen.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan; a number that looks inactive on day one is normal. See our Track Your Order page for help reading tracking states.

Split shipments

Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking number. Nothing is missing until every tracking number shows as delivered.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@sunvory.com immediately — we can usually correct an address before dispatch, but not after. Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the return postage.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund it in full.
