Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply saves your details and keeps your order history in one place.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Email info@sunvory.com as soon as you can. Before an order is dispatched we can usually change the address or cancel it outright; once it has left the warehouse we cannot recall it, and it becomes a return.
What payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the wallet options shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
Shipping
How long until my order arrives?
We pack within 1–2 business days and tracked delivery usually takes a further 5–9 business days — so roughly 6–11 business days door to door. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
It is calculated at checkout from your address and cart, and always shown before you pay.
My order arrived in two parcels. Is something missing?
Probably not. Multi-item orders often ship separately, each with its own tracking number. Nothing is missing until every tracking number shows delivered.
Tracking
Where is my tracking number?
Emailed to you the moment your parcel is dispatched. Check your spam folder if it has not appeared.
My tracking has not updated. Should I worry?
Not for the first 24–48 hours — that gap is normal before the first carrier scan. If nothing moves for 10 business days, write to us and we will open an investigation. See Track Your Order.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
Thirty days from delivery, for unused items in their original packaging.
Who pays return postage?
We do, if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. You do, if you changed your mind.
How long does a refund take?
3–5 business days after your return arrives and passes inspection, then a few more days for your bank to show it. Details in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged.
Send us photographs within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it in full, shipping included, at no cost to you.
