This page sets out who owns the material on this store, and how to tell us if you believe something here infringes your rights.
Our material
The text, layout, graphics, logos and code on Sunvory are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to browse, share links and quote us fairly. You may not copy our pages wholesale, reuse our written descriptions, or present our branding as your own.
Product imagery
Some product photography and video is supplied by our manufacturers and distributors and remains their property. We publish it under the terms they grant us; it is not ours to license onwards.
Reporting an infringement
If you own rights in material appearing on this store and believe it is being used without permission, we want to hear from you, and we act on these reports promptly. Email info@sunvory.com with the subject line IP notice and include:
- A description of the work you own, and evidence of your ownership.
- The exact URL or URLs on this store where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.
We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two business days and will remove or disable access to material where a claim is substantiated. Repeat infringement by a supplier ends our relationship with them.
Counter-notice
If material of yours has been removed and you believe that was an error, write to the same address setting out why. We will pass your response to the complainant and restore the material where appropriate.
