Track Your Order
Every Sunvory order ships with tracking. Here is how to follow yours, and how to read what it tells you.
Finding your tracking number
When your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a dispatch confirmation containing a tracking link. That email arrives 1–2 business days after you order. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder before writing to us — that is where it usually is.
What the tracking states mean
- Label created / pre-shipment — we have booked the parcel and printed the label. The carrier has not scanned it yet. This can sit unchanged for 24–48 hours and is not a problem.
- In transit — moving through the carrier network. Long gaps between scans are normal, especially on international legs.
- Customs / import clearance — being checked at the border. This can add several days and is outside our control.
- Out for delivery — on a van, arriving today.
- Delivered — the carrier has recorded it as handed over.
Tracking has not moved
Give it a little time first: a fresh label often shows nothing for a day or two, and parcels can go quiet mid-route without anything being wrong. If there has been no movement for 10 business days, email info@sunvory.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it in full.
It says delivered, but nothing arrived
Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered slightly early, or leave it somewhere safe. Before contacting us, please check any porch, side gate or reception area, ask your neighbours, and give it 24 hours — a good proportion of these turn up. If it has not appeared by then, write to us and we will take it up with the carrier.
Multiple parcels
Orders with several items may ship separately, each with its own tracking number and its own arrival date. Nothing is missing until every number shows as delivered.
